Problema con formularios enviados que no aparecen en mi cuenta

    lleno el formulario y no aparece en mi cuenta como si lo hubiera llenado, en la cuenta del creador del formulario si aparecen los formularios enviados.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your form and saw that it has 15 submissions. You can easily search for forms and submissions in the Jotform Mobile App. First, let me show you how to search for forms:

    1. On your My Forms page, tap on the Magnifying Glass icon on the top-left corner of the screen.
    2. Just enter the name of the form you want to search for.

    Next, here's how to search for submissions in Jotform Inbox:

    1. While on your My Forms page, tap on the form you want to view submissions.
    2. In the list that comes up at the bottom of the screen, select Submissions. This will open Jotform Inbox.
    3. In Jotform Inbox, tap on the Magnifying Glass icon at the top-left corner of the screen.
    4. Enter the header or the subheader of the submission.

    You can also search for a submission within a specific form in Jotform Tables. Let's do it:

    1. On your My Forms page, tap on the form and select Show in Tables from the list that comes up.
    2. On your Jotform Submissions Table, just enter the name or email of the submission in the Search bar at the top of the screen.

    Hi Gajun,

    Can you share with us the link to your form so we can check? Note that assigned form's submissions are stored under the form owner's account. If you filled it out and received an autoresponder email, the submission won’t appear in your inbox or tables unless you’re the form owner.

    Once we hear back from you, we can help you sort this out.

    Hi Gajun,

    I checked the form and I can see that it is assigned to your account. Viewing your assigned forms is easy, let me show you how:

    1. Open the Jotform Mobile app on your phone or tablet. 
    2. Click on List icon in the top-left corner to reveal the left-hand panel. 
    3. Select the Assigned Forms from the menu to show all of your assigned forms.

    Hi Gajun,

    If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    Hi Gajun,

    Could you please check on the form owner's side if there are any archived entries? Sometimes archived submissions are still counted in the total number of submissions, which might explain the discrepancy you're seeing between the counts in your account and the form owner's account. Submissions that have been archived within your Jotform Tables can be easily unarchived and returned to your main Table. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-left corner of your Jotform Submissions Table, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of the tab.
    2. Then, select Archive Entries.
    3. In the window that opens up, tick the Checkbox next to the Submission that you want to unarchive, or tick the Checkbox for Select All to select all of them.
    4. Now, click on Restore to send the submissions back to your Jotform Tables.
