BANDEJA DE FLUJOGRAMA SIN INFORMACIÓN

    Hola,

    Tengo inconvenientes en la bandeja de mi flujograma, anteriormente cuando alguien completa el formulario nos refleja en la bandeja toda la información que el cliente completó, así como los documentos y los siguientes pasos que lleva el flujo, de esta manera.

    Justo hace unos días cuando alguien completa el formulario ya no refleja la información completa, tampoco los procesos siguientes del flujograma, por lo que no sé si se deberá a algún tipo de modificación o que sucedió para que no refleje toda la información como anteriormente lo visualizaba.

    Ahora se ve de esta manera:

    No recuerdo tocar nada, tengo una notificación al correo corporativo, donde ahí sí puedo visualizar la información, pero necesito que en la bandeja del flujograma se vea todo el proceso

    No encuentro el motivo, al parecer es como si no estuviera dentro del formulario, pero en mi flujograma todo está conectado.
