WhatsApp Agent stops responding after a few responses

    Buenos dias, tengo problemas haciendo pruebas con el canal de whatsapp. Desde el movil, escribes al bot y te responde bien, pero a las 4 o 5 respuestas del bot, ya no llegan esas respuestas. Si te metes en conversaciones en el panel de control, el bot si que ha respondido, pero al usuario del telefono movil no le llegan esas respuestas. He probado en 5 o 6 telefonos moviles diferentes y pasa siempre lo mismo.

    Now, coming back to your question, if you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    Also, can you clarify if there are prompts that trigger the issue? Is the same thing happening when your testing your AI agent from your desktop using its link, or does it only happen through WhatsApp?
