Buenos días, tengo un problema con una de mis app, cuando intento editarla, entra al diseñador un instante y luego desaparece quedando todo blanco, he probado en otro navegador y dispositivo y el problema persiste, no puedo editar la app. Lo último que está realizado era trabajando con listas y el más nuevo control de texto configurando campos en la página de detalle. Por favor como vuelvo a editar mi app, no quiero perder todo lo que hice

Tengo un problema con unas de mis app, cuando intento editarla, ingresa un momento y después se muestra todo blanco, he probado con otro navegador y dispositivo y el problema persiste, e inclusive clone la app y sigo sin poder editar, lo último que estaba realizando era trabajar con listas añadiendo campos en una página de detalle con el más nuevo control de texto, por favor como puedo volver a editar mi app, no quiero perder todo lo que construi

While I understand that an update is forthcoming, access to my app editor is time-sensitive. I have essential changes that I must implement for the app to remain functional and operational for my purposes.
Could you please let me know if there is an alternative method or a temporary fix that would allow me to regain editing access? Any guidance on how I can proceed would be greatly appreciated.
Additionally, this situation raises a concern for me about future work. I am now worried that if I create new apps or edit existing ones, this same error could occur, potentially causing me to lose all my progress. Can you provide any reassurance or information regarding the stability of the platform for other projects?

We completely understand the urgency of regaining access to your existing app, especially given the time-sensitive updates you need to make. We’re still on it and will update you as soon as we have something new.
I tried creating a new app on my end, and it seems to be working properly. Since the problem is no longer replicable when creating a newly built app, the current alternative option would be to try creating a new app. We understand that this is not an ideal solution, but at present, it is the only available workaround until a permanent fix is implemented.
Regarding your concern about stability, while this issue has been escalated, it does not appear to be affecting newly created apps. We acknowledge how important reliability is for your projects, and our team is actively working to ensure that similar issues do not impact future work.
