hola.
asi mismo, el asistente de instalacion de agente IA para whatsapp me pidio que el numero no podia estar instalado en el telefono, asi que lo desintale. intente instalarlo en la platafrma de jotform y fue exitosa la instalacion. pero cuando fui a instalarlo nuevamente en mi celular, ya no me envia el codigo de confirmacion. que debo hacer

Now, coming back to your question, keep in mind that the number must be connected to WhatsApp Business and not WhatsApp Personal. If your number is connected to WhatsApp Personal, you will not be able to connect it to your Jotform AI.
Also, WhatsApp only allows one active sessions per phone numbers. So if your number is connected to AI Agent, you won't be able to stay logged in on the WhatsApp app on your phone at the same time. This helps keep your account secure and prevents any conflicts.
