Necesito poner un número secuencial a formularios

Hola, estoy trabajando en hacer un workflow, tengo un primer formulario donde asigno un código numérico de proyecto, por ejemplo XP039.
Lo que necesito es que la siguiente vez que llene el mismo formulario de inicio de proyecto me asigne automáticamente el siguiente número, en este caso sería el XP040 y así sucesivamente.

¿cómo podría resolver este tema?

Now, coming back to your question, you can add Unique ID widget to your form. You can add a prefix, and it will increment every time there's a submission in your form. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Widgets tab, search for Unique ID widget, and drag and drop to your form. 
3. Click the Gear Icon.
4. Then, add a prefix to the Prefix field, and set the Number of Digits to 3.

Now, because I notice that is a hidden field, how can I show the value of it in the same form this value is generated? My purpose is for the user to know he is filling the form of the project XP039, that is why I need to replicate that ID number in the same form I'm setting that new project.

Presently, it isn't possible to unhide/show Unique ID widget into your form. This is because the widget itself will generate the unique ID after the submission is submitted, rather than when the form is opened. This is done to avoid duplicate IDs.

You can consider using Random Value Generator widget instead, which can appears in the form, however it's not possible to generate the next number using this widget.

Hi Jessica, I don't want to unhide the Unique ID number I just want to replicate its value in the same form so as the person who are filling it can see the number of the form being filled. So I need to include in the same form the Unique ID field plus other that makes its value visible, is this possible?

The Unique ID widget, as my colleague mentioned, generates its value only after the form is submitted. So if you try to copy its value to another field, like a Short Text field, it will display only the predefined placeholder, in your form, XP0000. If you submit the form, the actual value, for example XP0001 for the first submission is generated, but it cannot be copied beforehand or displayed in the form before submission.
