¿Cómo buscar un talón de pago con contraseña?

Hola buenos días.

¿Que elementos de Formularios puedo utilizar para firmar un recibo de Sueldo de un empleado? Es decir que el empleado tiene que buscar su recibo de sueldo con una contraseña para luego poder firmarlo. El elemento para poder firmarlo no sería problema, pero desconozco y requiero vuestro asesoramiento para poder seleccionar el elemento correcto para buscar un recibo de sueldo previa contraseña y luego firmarlo.

Now, coming back to your question, I have reviewed the form that you have provided and currently, it only consists of a Signature and Submit element. Could you provide us with more details about the Payslips? Are you storing the Payslips' information on an Excel file? If yes, you can use the Spreadsheet to Form widget. Here's how to do it:

How To Add Spreadsheet To Form:

1. In Form Builder, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Element.

2. On the left panel, go to Widgets.

3. Search for Spreadsheet to Form.

4. Click/Drag to add into the form.

How To Configure Spreadsheet To Form:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Spreadsheet to Form to select.

2. On the right side of the selected Spreadsheet to Form, click on the Wand icon.

3. On the right panel, click on Upload File and select the Excel file of the downloaded submission data from the other form.

4. Under Access code column, select the appropriate column from the Excel file as the pass code.

5. Click on Update Widget.

Se trata de gestionar con las herramientas de Jotform, de una plataforma digital diseñada para facilitar la gestión de Recursos Humanos en empresas, especialmente enfocada en la firma digital de documentos recibos de sueldos laborales. Para ello que el empleado pueda encontrar su recibo y luego envía a RR.HH. firmado por el empleado.

Could you explain how the employees find their payroll? Do they fill up the form and then the form is forwarded to HR for HR to sign the form? Or the employees fill up the entire form, sign it, and then forwarded to HR?

Entiendo que los empleados pueden 1) encontrar su nómina, su contraseña (acordada previamente), 2) para que luego este lo previsualice, 3) luego lo firma y 4) hace click en Enviar.

I can see that your original form was deleted. If you want to create a digital workflow using Jotform that allows employees to view and sign their individual payslips securely, you can use the Spreadsheet to Form widget so that employees enter a unique password (previously shared with them) to retrieve their individual payroll record from an Excel file. This widget can auto-populate the form fields with data from the file based on the entered key.

If you'd like to display the payslip as a preview image before signing, one approach is to include a direct link to an image of each employee’s payslip, hosted on Google Drive, Dropbox, or another public file host, in your Excel file instead of just text data. Then, add a paragraph element to your form and use Conditional Logic or a Form Calculation to dynamically update the paragraph element with the correct image link pulled from the Excel file via the widget.

The process would be as follows. The employee enters their unique password, the form loads their data and displays a link to their payslip that they can click on and view as an image, they sign using the Signature element, and finally they submit the form, sending the signed receipt to Human Resources.

Como dice Christopher, vas a tener que usar el link para ver las imágenes, ya que no es posible mostrarlas directamente usando el widget de Hoja de cálculo a Formulario, y si entiendo bien esa es tu intención.
