Precargar los campos de un formulario con los datos de una tabla de Jotform

Saludos

Actualmente en varios de mis formularios tengo el widget 'Hoja de cálculo a formulario', pero tengo que estar actualizando de forma individual cada formulario con los archivos de excel de forma semanal. Es engorroso.

Al chatear con la IA Podo, me dice que la alternativa nativa es precargar datos a partir de una tabla; hice el paso a paso pero no sabría cómo realmente sea efectivo.

Tengo el formulario de prueba 'Clone of Validación Derechos Usuario' y la tabla 'Validador', realicé el prefill homologando los campos pero no me funciona:

La idea es que al momento de registrar el campo 'Identificación' el resto de campos se autollenen automáticamente, así como funciona con el widget 'Hoja de cálculo a formulario'

Espero me ayuden y me den una forma nativa de hacer el proceso sin tener que cargar manualmente los archivos de excel.

Lo que pasa es que se supone que al registrar un número en el campo de identificación se me deberían llenar el resto de campos.Y no pasa así.

If I understand correctly, you want to automatically add the new submission data in your submission table to your prefill. Is that right? If so, unfortunately, we don't have an option to create a dynamic prefill using the submission table. You have to manually create a prefill for each new submission. Are you referring to the function that automatically fills out the form based on the entered keyword? If so, take note that option is only available for the Spreadsheet to Form widget, and Tables Prefill won't be able to imitate the same function, as Tables Prefill will automatically prefill the form based on the submission it was set up to. What I can suggest is integrating your form with Google Sheets to automate adding your form submission to a new row of your spreadsheet, and then you can download that spreadsheet to update your Spreadsheet to Form widget. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the blue navigation bar at the top of the screen.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.
3. Click on Google Sheets on the list.

4. In Google Sheet Integration settings, click on the Add New Action button.
5. Now, select an action and click on Next.
6. Then, click on Add Action and customize settings as you want.
7. Once you finish customizing, click on the Save button at the bottom right of the settings.

Now, every time there's a new submission, it will automatically be added to your spreadsheet. Do you need further assistance regarding our proposed workaround?

Teniendo en cuenta tu pregunta inicial, lo que explicas y viendo la imagen de como configuraste tu precarga de tablas, tienes que configurar la precarga, no basta con solo hacer coincidir los campos. Déjame mostrarte como:

1. En el Creador de Formularios, en la parte superior de la pantalla.
2. Ve a la opción Precargar en la parte izquierda.
3. Selecciona Precarga de Tablas.
4. Luego, selecciona Añadir una nueva precarga.
5. Y por último, elige las entradas para completar automáticamente tu formulario, luego selecciona Crear en la esquina superior derecha.
