Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, note that each form has its own access code. Make sure the code you entered is the correct code for that form. When you enable form encryption, Jotform uses end-to-end encryption to protect your data, which means your access code is encrypted on Jotform’s end. Since it’s encrypted, we won’t be able to access your data, so if you forget your access code, your data is considered lost. If you changed or forgot your encryption access code, you will no longer be able to decrypt previous submissions. You can try disabling and re-enabling form encryption with a new access code.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Alexis,
If you can share the link to your form, I can check it out and see what’s going on. Also, Can you share with us a screenshot of what you're getting when entering the encryption code? We have a guidehereexplaining how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
