While we do offer Support in many foreign languages, and we're working hard to add more every day, we don't currently have Spanish Support agents who can help you.     Now, coming back to your question, I checked the status of your email address and can see that it's associated with a Guest account. Can you share the email address or the username where you're having issues with your subscription renewal? In addition, can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening?

    It seems she bought 1 month and accidentally got subscribed because we’ve been invoiced for almost a year without ever using it back.

    Hi Sandra,

    I checked the account associated with the email address j**n*@**h**.** and saw that it has an active Monthly Bronze Plan. If you accidentally upgraded your account, you can fill out our Refund Request form here and the relevant team will review it. Wait for 3 to 5 business days for the refund process to complete. You can also check out our guide on How to Request a Refund From Jotform for more information.

    Also, note that when you get the refund, you'll then be downgraded to the Starter (Free) Plan. This means your account limit will also be adjusted for the Starter Plan. You can see the complete list of limits per plan here.
