Buen día, tengo una pregunta sobre Tablas ¿Es posible tener una acción que seleccione todos los datos de un renglón y copiarlos para pasarlos a otra Tabla distinta?

Now, coming back to your question, Unfortunately, there is currently no built-in action to select and copy all data from a row to another table directly. You can only copy the value of any cell and paste it into another cell. Here's an example:
