No llegan los formularios a mi correo

    Tengo el correo info@deportesmotor.com registrado en los formularios para que me lleguen cuando se envían y a pesar de ello no me están llegando desde el 20 de noviembre, es como si existiera desde jotfrom un bloqueo de remitente.

    ¿Que debemos hacer?

    Hi Federica,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked our system, I saw that your email address info@deportesmotor.com has been added to the bounce list, this is the reason why you are not receiving email notifications. Here's the reason code:

    bounced (host aspmx.l.google.com[142.250.123.27] said: 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try 550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or 550-5.1.1 unnecessary spaces. For more information, go to 550 5.1.1  https://support.google.com/mail/?p=NoSuchUser 3f1490d57ef6-e38f643de94si1815627276.250 - gsmtp (in reply to RCPT TO command))

    I've successfully removed your email address from the bounce list, and you should now be able to receive Email Notifications. In the future, you can remove your email addresses from the bounce list by going to your Account's Settings. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. Click your Avatar/Profile from the top bar menu.
    2. Then, click on Settings.
    3. In the bounce list section of your account, click on the Check button.

    If the email address is in the bounce list, you can then click on Remove. Additionally, we have a guide about How to Prevent Email Bouncing Related Issues that you can check, so you can avoid having your email address added to the bounce list.

    Hi Federica,

    In addition to my reply above, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I sent my reply in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
