I am trying to create a pdf to sign using jotform signatures, but the
signature box does not allow me to place it in the part of the
document that I need. On Android (tablet and smartphone) it doesn't
let me do it and on Windows it reports an error.

I checked your sign document, and it appears that the signature field is properly placed. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my reuslts:

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
