Faltan archivos PDF cargados en el envío de mi formulario

    Hola,

    Tengo una cuenta en jotform y creé un formulario que se llama "Información para liquidación impositiva 2024". Sucede que al completarlo, en una pregunta adjunto 12 archivos pdf y luego de enviar el formulario veo que sólo se cargaron 6. El formulario no tiene restricción de límite de espacio y el tipo de archivo "pdf" está contemplado como un tipo de formato a recibir. Sabrán por qué no se subieron el resto de llos archivos? (aclaro que tengo el plan gratuito),

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but I was able to receive all the uploaded files as a submission when I checked my submissions table. I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches as an additional aid. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Hello!

    Thank you for your help. I was able to resolve the issue by clearing the cache and renaming some items.

    I’ve noticed that when two files have similar names, both files get uploaded and the form is submitted, but then when I check the completed form, only one file was uploaded. I tested uploading two files: file 1 "Relay 2024-02-01 #2033" and file 2 "Relay 2024-02-01 #2034", and when I went to check the completed form, only file 1 was uploaded. I understand that this shouldn’t be how it works. I’m attaching an image as a reference for the test.

    Hi Lucas,

    Thanks for getting back to us. You are right, every file should be uploaded individually, and the name should not make a difference. It would be helpful for us to test this if you could share with Jotform Support access to your account, and allow us to make a test submission on your form. Let me show you how you can share access to your account with us:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    Please let us know once you have done this, and give us confirmation if we have your permission to make a test submission on your form.
