No reconoce la clave de email

    Hola, he tenido problemas para inciar sesión con email, siempre me toca reestablecer la contraseña y al hacer el cambió, ingreso pero luego al otro dia no me deja entrar con la contraseña cambiada, es como si no hiciera el registro del cambio.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked the email address you contacted us with and found that it's a Guest account. Please note that this type of account is a one-time, temporary account. Are you talking about a different account, perhaps? If so, can you share with us the username or email address in question so we can check it for you? You can also send us a form link associated with the account so we can locate it for you. Also, can you take a screenshot of the login page and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
