Como puedo volver a enviar el correo del flujo de aprobación

    Hola, tengo un flujo de aprobación del Formulario: Orden de instalación lo cual esta formado por 3 3 flujos.

    En el cual uno de los flujos no ha llegado el correo Recibo de instalación. (adjunto captura) me pueden indicar como puedo volver a enviar este correo para que puedan llenar el formlulario ya que no les ha llegado.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, to resend the approval email is to restart the approval flow. Therefore, it will send another approval request again to the first approver. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Inbox, select a submission.
    2. Click the Ellipsis icon located on the upper right side of the page.
    3. On the dropdown menu, click on Edit.
    4. Next, click the Submit button.

    That's it. You can also check your account history page to see if the email wasn't sent to the email recipient. If it does, you can let the recipient check their spam emails to see if the email went there. You can also share his/her email address with us so we can check if it was added to the bounce list.

    Hi, if I do that I will restart 3 flows, what I want to do is restart just one.

    The form I want to resend is: Installation receipt which has preloader data from a previous form.

    The email is: tecnicogigared1@gmail.com

    Unfortunately, that isn't currently possible. I also confirmed that the recipient email was not added to the bounce list and saw that the approval email was sent correctly:
