Guten Tag,
Ich habe Speicherplatz gelöscht um bei der gratis Version zu bleiben, jedoch werden meine Formulare noch nicht angezeigt. Wie komme ich wieder zu diesem gratis Version?

Hi Alex,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can see that the Upload Space is currently at 101.22 MB / 100.00 MB. I recalculated the Upload Space, and I don't see any changes. To free up the Upload Space of the account, you need to delete and purge the uploaded files on the form. Let me show you how:
1. In Jotform Tables, select the submissions that have uploaded data on them.
2. Click on the Delete button on the right side of the page.
3. On the pop-up window that shows, click on the Move to Trash button.
4. Click on the Three Dots icon on the Form tab and select Trashed entries.
5. Select the submission you want to delete and click on the Delete Forever button.
6. Finally, click on Delete on the pop-up window that shows to purge the deleted entry.
You can also delete the uploaded files directly. Let's do this:
- In Jotform Tables, select the File Upload column.
- Select the attachments and then click on Delete.
- Then click on the Delete file(s) button on the pop-up windows that shows. This will only delete the attachments directly, but not the whole submission.
If you still need the uploaded files, you can download them first. Let me show you how to do it:
- In Jotform Tables, select the submissions with the uploaded files.
- Click on Download All on the right side of the page.
- Select Download attachments.
That's it. You can also check out this guide on How to Download the Submission Files.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Okay, sorry there was a link.
But I really deleted all my incoming emails with data, and they are no longer there. I downloaded them and deleted them in another way, so they should be gone. There is definitely no data left.
Something must have gone wrong. On your side I also don’t see it anymore
I send you screenshot, attached -

Hi Alex,
To verify if you have purged all deleted entries from your Jotform Tables, check the Trashed entries section in your Tables. Deleted submissions and files remain in Trash for 30 days and continue to occupy storage space until they are permanently deleted. Here’s how to confirm and purge deleted entries:
1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to the tab.
2. In the Menu, go to the Trashed Entries.
If deleted entries are found, Purge all of it to free up your space.
3. In your Tables Trash panel, check Select All and then click on Delete Forever.
4. In the Confirmation window, select Delete.
Once all trashed entries are Purged, your upload space will be freed and reflected correctly in your account. If the Trash is empty, then you have already purged all deleted entries. Just clear your Form cache, log out and log back in. Here's how to clear your form caches:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the dropdown menu, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
