Paypal Checkout wird übersprungen

    Beim Checkout mit Paypal wird nur kurz das Paypalfenster angezeigt und anschließend direkt das Formular abgeschickt. Leider ohne Bezahlung und Meldung.

    May I ask you to once disconnect the PayPal integration, and re-enter your PayPal credentials to reconnect?

    Hi,

    thanks for the reply. I disconnected and entered my credentials again to reconnect. The issue still persists. When I click on the PayPal Checkout the PayPal pop up window appears, but closes before really loading and I am forwarded to the Thank you page.






    What else can I do?

    PayPal Checkout requires a PayPal Business account, as PayPal Personal is for PayPal Personal accounts.

    Could you please try to switch to PayPal personal:

    I used a PayPal business account on purpose since this is a company. Here it is in the account:










    According to PayPal Jotform has the necessary permissions:










    Could it be necessary to integrate with PayPal Pro and direct API?

    Hi,

    I was not able to use PayPal Pro, since I assume the credentials are not working for this. So the issue with the Paypal business integration is persistent. What can I do?






    I can produce a screen recording to show the issue. I already tried with different machines to make sure it is not based on my desktop.

    We are sorry to hear that the issue is still persisting.

    Can I double-confirm something; you mentioned that you were not able to use PayPal Pro.
    Both PayPal Pro and PayPal Business integrations require a business-type account with PayPal.
    Can I double-confirm that your PayPal account is not a standard account, but a business-type account?

    For testing purposes, if you try to change the current PayPal integration to "PayPal Personal" on your form, and try to connect, are you able to connect the integration?
