Ich habe ein Problem mit meiner Website mit dem LiveBot

Der bot wurde mir von Shopify empfohlen und ich habe mich in Verbind gesetzt das muss Jotform richten Der kundenservice von der Ai Agent hat gesagt ich muss mich ans Technikteam wenden und die müssen es ricchten da es mit HTML oder Cording zusammenfasst. Könnt ihr mir das ändern ohne was zu löschen? Der bot soll angeklickt werden wen man hilfe braucht und nicht sobald die seite ladet öffnen. Ich bitte sie um schnellstmögliche Hilfe !

Now, coming back to your question, when I checked on your website, I was able to see the issue as well. The AI Agent chatbot was automatically opened when the website loads. See the screenshot below for reference:

To prevent the AI Agent chatbot from opening automatically, you just need to set the chatbot Publish settings / Open by Default option to Do not open automatically option. Check out the screencast below for reference:
