To change it to only the client's name or the original PDF name, you need to customize the PDF document title in the PDF Editor or adjust the attachment settings in your autoresponder email.
Will not use the PDF editor but why is the original PDF-name of the uploaded PDF altered?

Hi Martina,
I cloned your form and noticed that you currently have four PDF documents linked from your PDF Editor. When sending PDF attachments through your autoresponder email, Jotform attaches only one document, and you need to select the correct one in the PDF properties to ensure the attached PDF reflects the desired title and content. Let me show you how:
- In Workflow Builder, click on the PDF Element and select the Gear icon to open the Properties.
- On the General tab, choose one from the options of the Send Submissions as PDFs section.
- Once done, click on Save.
