    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

    Wir wollten ein Upgrade auf Bronze durchführen, leider kam es mehrfach zu Fehlern bei der Zahlung. Trotz PayPal oder Kreditkartenzahlung bekamen wir immer wieder Fehlermeldungen.

    I just heard back from the related team. According to the error messages you encountered, you didn't successfully pass the security check. You can contact your issuing bank for further assistance or use another card.

    Hello Support,
    Since we can make all other payments using this PayPal account or credit card, the problem isn't ours. If possible, we would like to complete the purchase via invoice and direct payment.
