wir haben das ABO von Gold auf silber geändert.
Das daraus resultierende Guthaben von 645,38 Euro,
wurde allerdings bislang noch nicht zurück überwiesen.Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, wann wir mit dem eintreffen des Betrags rechnen können.

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using.
