Contao CMS: JS embed script is not working

Seit vielen Jahren betten wir die durch Jotform generierten HTML Codes zu den Online - Anmeldungen in unsere Website ein. Bei der neusten Anmeldung funktioniert dies jedoch nicht und wir wissen nicht worin das Problem liegt. Als CMS - System verwenden wir Contao.

Können Sie uns dabei helfen?

Den HTML Code finden Sie in der Anfrage plus ein Foto das zeigt, wie es aussieht wenn man den Link zur Anmeldung öffnet.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

Now, in your screenshot, I don't see anything wrong with the JS embed code you're using. I'm not really familiar with Contao's page builder, but make sure you're using an HTML or code block when embedding the code. Is there anything like that in the builder, or are external sites embedded differently? Additionally, you may try embedding the form using iFrame and see if it'll work. Let me show you how to get the iFrame:

1. In the Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top, click on Publish.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.

3. Then, select iFrame from the list of embed options, and click on Copy Code.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Bei Contao verwenden wir den Link wie auf dem Screenshot dargestellt. Wenn wir iFrame verwenden sieht es auf der Website wie auf dem zweiten Screenshot aus. Der Code wird auf der Website dargestellt.

If Contao is no longer able to open the Embed code, consider reaching out to Contao Support to see if there has been any update on their platform. From our side, I can confirm you that the Code is still working. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
