Liebes Team,

Hi Henrike,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can use the Show/Hide a Field condition to show another question field if the answer to the initial question is Yes. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
2. In the Form Elements menu, under the Basic tab, scroll down to Single Choice, and drag and drop a Dropdown element to your form. This will serve as your initial question for a Yes or No answer.
3. I added another Single Choice for another set of question fields.
4. Now, right-click with your mouse and select Hide from the second question field.
After that, we'll create the condition. Let me show you how:
1. While in Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Select Show/Hide Field condition.
4. Finally, create the same condition below, and you're done.
Here's the result:
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
