Hi TuKGM,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Thank You page was set as German and your browser might be translating it automatically. Let me show you how to fix your Thank You Page settings in Form Builder. Let me help you with it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
3. In the Thank You Page section, select Source Code.
4. Remove the <span style="font-family: symbol;"> section. That's it.
