You need to downgrade your subscription to the Gold monthly plan. Then, you can contact us to refund the remaining amount. Let me show you how:
1. In the Jotform Prices Page, click on Upgrade of the Gold Plan.
2. Select the Monthly Gold Plan and click on Update.
