Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
ich habe ein problem mit folgenden smart pdf. Beim testen den formulares kommt die meldung deactivated. Woran kann das liegen? Haben sie die Lösung dafür?

Now, coming back to your question, you get the 'Form Over Quota' message because you exceed your upload space limit. After checking your forms. I've found that you still have multiple uploads from your forms below:
- RiesterCheck Steps form- 6704 uploads
- VMK BU-Check form- 1613 uploads
- VMK Renten-Check form- 861 uploads
- BU- Check form- 604 uploads
- Another VMK BU-Check form- 427 uploads
- Another VMK Renten-Check form- 217 uploads
- ReisterCheck form- 215 uploads
To free up your upload space limit, you need to delete the submissions permanently. Let me show you how to do this:
- In Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to the form's name on the upper left side of the page.
- Select Trashed entries.
- In the Trash panel, tick on Select All and click on Delete Forever.
- From the modal, click on Delete
After this, I suggest clearing your form caches to refresh your form. Let's do it:
- On your My Forms page, hover over your Avatar/Profile in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select Settings from the dropdown.
- From your account page, select Settings from the left side window.
- Click on the Clear Cache button from Form Caches.
