ich möchte mein gebuchtes paket downgraden auf Free.
Was passiert mit meinen Daten, bleiben diese in der Free-Variante erhalten?

Now, coming back to your question, when you downgrade to the Starter plan, your forms will remain accessible as long as you do not exceed the limits of the Starter plan, which includes a maximum of 500 total submissions. Your data will still be securely stored, and you can continue to use your forms without any issues as long as you stay within the submission limits.
You are also allowed to have 5 active forms, this means that if you have more than 5 forms, only five will be active and others will be disabled. The disabled form will stay in your account and will not be deleted and will remain in the account in case if you downgrade the subscription back to the starter plan.
