    Leider wird das PDF nicht hochgeladen und / oder angezeigt.

    Liegt es an irgendeiner Einstellung?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I've checked your form, but I was able to see your original PDF. Check out my screenshot below:

    I've tried converting my sample PDF as a Smart PDF Form, but I was able to do it. Check out my screencast below:

Can you also send us the PDF that you're trying to upload to see if we can replicate the issue? You can save it to any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox.

    After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
