    Wir haben die folgende Meldung hier stehen:

    Ihr Konto wird am Okt 1, 2024 auf unser kostenloses Abo herabgestuft.

    Nicht verpassen! Reaktivieren Sie Ihr Abo jetzt, um alle Funktionen und den derzeitigen Preis zu behalten.

    Wir haben doch für ein Jahr bezahlt.. Warum bekommen wir diese Meldung?

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and can see here that you upgraded to Gold Monthly from Silver Yearly. Also, I am seeing here that the account is scheduled to be downgraded on the last day of your billing cycle, if this is an accidental downgrade, I've gone ahead and cancelled it. Your account will no longer be downgraded.

    We confirm that we do not wish to be downgraded to the free plan. We would like to continue using the Gold plan or otherwise the Silver Plan that we have already paid for.

    Thank you for cancelling the downgrade. We hope that no additional costs will arise from this, as we have already made our payment for the current plan.

    Please let us know if any further steps are required to ensure that our account remains on the Gold or Silver plan.

    Please be aware that once the subscription cancellation is confirmed, you will not be billed on the next billing date. While there will be no additional charges following the cancellation, your account will retain its paid status for the duration of the period you have already paid for. The subscription will automatically downgrade to the Starter (Free) Plan at the expiration of its current term. At this time, since my colleague has already processed your cancellation, no further action is required on your part.
