Wir hätten gerne, dass wir von 3 PCs gleichzeitig auf Jotform Zugriff haben.

Ist so etwas möglich?

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, Unfortunately, it is not possible to log in to your Jotform Account on a different device at the same time due to the restriction limit set in all subscriptions. Also, please note that it is part of our Terms & Use that the sharing of accounts is prohibited.

If you want to add a sub-user to your account, I would suggest upgrading your account to Enterprise Plan which allows multiple users per account. You can also use the Form Collaborators to allow your sub-user to work on your forms. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click Add Collaborators button on the above navigation bar.
2. Then, click the Copy Link.

You can share the link with your sub-user to access your form and make some changes. Please note that the collaboration link expires after 72 hours, you will need to refresh the link to generate a new one.
