Guten Tag
Ich habe für einen Kunden das Formular erstellt. Nun hat der Kunde Login verloren. Die Mail des Kunden ist kontakt@vivaelgg.ch
Können Sie mir weiterhelfen, damit wir das Formular bearbeiten können?

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the account, and it appears that the account is associated with another email address: s**n**@**c-**c**t**t**.ch. If you can recognize this email address then you can reset your account password. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
