Unser Kunde sieht das eingebettete Jotform Formular nicht

Hallo zusammen

Wir haben mit Jotform diverse Formulare eingebettet in unsere Webseite. Unter anderem dieses hier: https://swisscharge.ch/de/ladelosungen/installation-services/

Während ich die Seite inkl. Formular korrekt angezeigt kriege, sieht einer unserer Kunden das angehängte Bild.

Woran könnte das liegen?

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Now, coming back to your question, we encountered an issue with viewing the forms on their account, but it is now resolved. I also checked the website URL you provided and it seems that the form is now viewable on my end. Check out the image below:
