Single Choice Element: Wie ändere ich die Farbe der Option je nach Antwortgenauigkeit?

Kann ich annehmen, dass es auch nicht möglich ist, die Farbe der Antwort zu ändern, abhängig davon, ob sie richtig oder falsch ist? Sprich wäre es möglich, falsche Antworten in der Quizform E-Mail rot darzustellen und richtige Antworten grün? Im weiteren Sinne wäre die Frage, ob ich bei der E-Mail, die via Quizform erstellt wird, ebenfalls mit bedingter Logik arbeiten kann oder ob dies nur im Formular selbst möglich ist?

Unfortunately, what you're looking for is also not possible. You can only change the colors of the options in a Single Choice field, or any other field in general, that will show as their base colors by injecting CSS codes. But, it is not possible to dynamically change an option's color based on the accuracy of the response, or if an option is right or wrong, or any other outcome.
