Quizform: Absenderemail und leere Felder anpassen

Guten Tag

Zwei Fragen zur Arbeit mit Quizform:

1) Kann ich bei der E-Mail, die via Quizform verschickt wird, die Absender-Email anpassen, sodass die Mail nicht Jotform als Absender hat?

Now, coming back to your 1st question, are you talking about the Autoresponder Email of your form? If so, you can change the Sender Name of it so it will show differently when a form user receives an email for their submission. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select Settings from the orange navigation bar.
2. Go to Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon.
   
   
4. Click on the Recipients tab.
5. Change the Sender Name to your preference and click on Save once done.
   

If you're talking about the Notification Email, you can also set it up by changing its Sender Name. But this time, it will use a field available from the form as the sender name, since the value will be coming from the user who submitted the form. Here's how:

1. In the Email window, hover your mouse over the Notification Email and click on the Pencil icon.
2. Go to the Recipients tab.
3. For the Sender Name, select the field you want to use from the dropdown.
4. Click on Save once done.

Vielen Dank für dein Feedback. Diese E-Mails konnte ich bereits problemlos abändern. Momentan suche ich nach einer Lösung für die E-Mail, die vom Quizform aus verschickt wird (siehe Screenshot unten).

Eigentlich meine ich immer noch die erste Frage. Der Screenshot oben ist von der E-Mail, die ich durch Quizform erhalte und derjenige unten ist von Quizform selbst. Ich würde gerne den Absender der E-Mail, die ich von der Quizform-Auswertung erhalte, anpassen. Ist dies überhaupt möglich?

I understand things much better now. Unfortunately, you can only modify the email settings of a Notification or Autoresponder email within Form Builder, as shown on the steps I gave earlier. As you can see from the screenshot you shared with us, you can only modify the content of the email that will be sent to users. Other than that, the changes need to be made within the form itself.
