Unable to change email address

    Hallo liebes Support Team,


    da ich das Unternehmen verlasse, soll der Jotform Account zukünftig über die Adresse meines Kollegen Robert Kosche laufen. Beim Versuch die E-Mail Adresse zu wechseln, erhalte ich die Fehlermeldung, dass dies keine gültige Adresse sei. Dabei ist Sie genauso aufgebaut wie meine.


    Was können wir machen?

    Hello Alexander,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    I have manually updated the email address to robert.kosche@edgar.de, you should be able to login now using the new email address.
