Formular kann nicht veröffentlicht werden wegen Datenspeicheranzahl

Hi Zusammen,

unser Formular "Therme Erding - Sauna Cup" lässt sich aufgrund des Erreichens vom maximalen Datenspeicher nicht mehr veröffentlichen. Ich hab die Anhänge gedownloadet und im Anschluss auf Jotform gelöscht damit der Speicher wieder frei ist.

Auf meinem Profil wird auch wieder angezeigt, dass 9,72MB von 100MB verwendet sind, somit wäre der Rest ja noch frei.

Woran liegt es, dass das Formular trotzdem noch nicht angezeigt wird, obwohl der Speicher wieder frei ist?

Now, coming back to your question, I have gone ahead and refreshed your account and cleared your form cache. Your forms should be accessible now. You may clear your cache in the future in case it happens again. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon.

2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
