Can I move the form to another account?

You have the option to clone the form to another account, but the submissions will not be copied. Only the form itself. We have a guide on How to Clone a Form that you can check out. But, if you want to move the original form to your paid account, you need to create another ticket requesting us to move the form and its submissions to another account. Also, you need to provide the destination account so we can proceed. Lastly, if you use a custom URL for your form, you need to update it once moved because the previous custom URL will be changed.
