    Vielen Dank für den perfekten suport bei meinen ersten versuchen. es klappt sehr gut und hilft meiner firma sehr. Dess wegen bin ich eigentlich schon dran, eine entsprechende lizenz zu lösen, da ich von ihrem produkt serh überzeugt bin. Vieleicht können sie mir aber noch 3 technische fragen beantworten;

    Hi 3amb,

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your first question, yes, you can create an editing form that will allow you to create the orders. If you want to give access to the submissions with your coworkers, you can share them the collaboration link so they can have access to the form submissions. We do not allow sharing of account credentials as it is against our Terms of Use. Our standard plans (Free, Bronze, Silver and Gold) are individual, single user plans. It is a violation of our Terms of Use to share login credentials with other individuals.

We have a Share button on the right side of the Jotform Tables page that you can use to share your Tables page with others. Let me show you how:

    1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.

    2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options. It is set to Private Table as default, so only the people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can also set the default role of the invitation link as either Read-Only, Commenter, or Collaborator. Let me explain the difference between those:

    • Read Only means that only people you invite will be able to see your Tables.
    • Commenter means that the people you invite will be able to view data and add comments.
    • Collaborator means that anyone you invite will be able to see and edit the data, but they won't be able to adjust or change the table settings.

    3. Now, click on Go back in the top-right corner of the panel and use the Generated Link or the Invite by Email feature to invite people.

Allow other users to access the submissions and edit it Image 1 Screenshot 30

You can also revoke the invite you sent to the people easily. Let me show you how:

    1. In your Tables, click on Share button to open Share Table.

    2. Now, click on the avatars/icons of the people you invited next to the Shared with section.

    3. Select the users that you want to revoke the access to by checking the boxes on the left, and click on Revoke.

    4. Then, click on the Yes, Delete. That’s it, you’re done.

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hi 3amb,

Currently, sharing your form's Jotform Tables if the only option that we have for you to work on submissions with your co-workers. If you need an account that allows multiple users, you may consider upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
