Ich habe die Inbox mit meiner Sharepoint verlinkt damit meine Materialverantwortlichen auf die Bestellformulare Zugriff haben. Gibt es eine Einstellung, damit sie sich nicht mit meinem Login einloggen müssen bzw. die Inbox immer über diesen Weg offen bleibt?

Habe es versucht via Zugrifsrecht aber bei den Mitabreitern, welche Zugriff aheb sollten erscheint auch mit dem link die Aufforderung sich für die Inbox eizulogge?

Now, coming back to your question, do you want to share your inbox with co-workers but do not want them to log in to their Jotform account? Unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is currently not available. The inbox page does not have a public access setting. As a workaround, you can share the Jotform table and select a public setting. We have a Share button on the right side of the Jotform Tables page that you can use to share your Tables with others. Let me show you how:

1. On the Jotform Tables page, click on the Share button on the top-right side of the page.
2. Click on Share Settings and set your Table’s privacy options. It is set to Private Table as default, so only the people you invite will be able to see your Tables. You can set it to Public Table so that users can view it without login. 
3. Now, click on Go back in the top-right corner of the panel and click on the Copy Link that can be shared with your co-workers.

Another option is to add a report and share the URL with your co-workers. There are many report options available in Jotform, but let me show you how to add a Grid Listing report:

1. Go to My Forms.
2. Choose the form and click on Reports from the toolbar.
3. In the dropdown, click on the Add New Report button.
4. In the Create a Report page, click on the Grid Listing option.
5. In the Grid Listing page, select the questions you want to show in the report and click on the Create button.
6. Copy the report URL or the iframe embed code and add it to your webpage.
