Problem bei Datentransfer von Jotform zu Dropbox

    Hallo,

    wir haben manchmal das Problem, dass entweder keine Daten von Jotform an unsere Dropbox übermittelt werden oder nur ein Teil. Die Übersicht mit Namen und Nachricht des Kundens wird ebenfalls nicht mitgesendet.

    Bei Jotform ist alles vorhanden, eine E-Mail mit allen wichtigen Angaben bekommen wir auf unseren Mail-Client. Nur der Transfer auf die Dropbox stimmt nicht überein und ist nicht vollständig.

    Was kann man da machen?

    Now, coming back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but it appeared to be working as expected. Check out this screencast below:

    To confirm, this problem is happening to some submissions, but other submissions are being forwarded without a problem, is this correct? If so, most of the time, removing the integration and then adding it back usually resolves this kind of problem. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click on Integrations from the left panel menu.
    2. Next, click the Dropbox icon, hover your mouse over the Action created, click on the Three Vertical Dots icon, click on Delete Action, and select Yes, Discard. Problem bei Datentransfer von Jotform zu Dropbox Image 2 Screenshot 51
