    Hallo Zusammen,

    ich habe gerade eine Meldung bekommen, dass das Kontingent was ausgeschöpft ist. Allerdings haben wir erst vor ca. 1-2 Wochen auf Gold geupgraded. Wie kann es sein, dass das jetzt schon wieder voll ist?

    Now, coming back to your question, I looked into your account and I can see that there's still some leeway to your usage limits. Your Signed Document limit is at 715 already out of 1000, but the form should still be accessible. Do you happen to be referring to a different account and not the account associated with joachim@bungee.de? If not, can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that. Also, can you share with us the URL to the form where you're seeing this error?

    To further look into your usage limits, though, Let me walk you through it:

    1. In your My Forms page, click on your avatar in the top-right corner of the page.
    2. Go to Settings.
    3. In the Settings panel, click on the Usage tab at the left.

    Hey,

    thanks for the fast response.
    Oh i see - i have the same number in my account. I was a little bit confused because of the Banner in my profile. But now i know, where to look! ;)

    We have Events regulary on the weekends.
    What can i do, when we reach the limit on the weekend? Can is buy some more contingent without contacting sales team?

    Hi Stefan,

    To increase a limit, a user needs to upgrade to the next plan tier. However, you have a Gold plan which is already the higher plan tier. So, if you reach a monthly limit like the monthly submission, you'll need to wait for the counter to reset next month. Let me show you how to view your next usage reset date:

    1. Click on your Avatar.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Go to the Usage section.
    4. You'll see the date of when your monthly usage will reset.

    Based on your running usage, it doesn't look like you will reach your limit before it will reset.
