Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, Formularantworten zwischenzuspeichern und von einer anderen Person überprüfen bzw. fortsetzen zu lassen? Die User sind extern und sind keine Mitarbeiter:

Ich beschreibe einmal, worum es geht. Wir veranstalten Wettbewerbe für Unternehmen. Das Formular wird von den jeweiligen Mitarbeitern der verschiedenen Unternehmen ausgefüllt. Nun will teilweise der jeweilige Vorgesetzte des Mitarbeiters das Formular prüfen und ggf. Änderungen vornehmen, bevor es dann fertig eingereicht wird. Weder die Mitarbeiter noch die Vorgesetzten haben einen Jotform Account. Ein Login ist also nicht möglich. Wie können wir das Lösen.

Thanks for getting back to us. The best solution I can think of is to enable the Save and Continue Later feature in your form. The employee will then fill out the form without them logged in to their Jotform account. After they click on the Save button, they will need to click on the Skip Create an Account and then grab the draft link. They will then share the draft link to their supervisor. I can walk you through setting that up:

1. In Form Builder, select the Submit button and click on the Gear icon.
2. Under the Advanced tab, toggle the Save and Continue Later switch to On.
   
3. As mentioned above, the form filler must click on the Skip Create an Account.
   
4. The form filler must click on the Get Draft Link button and then share it with their supervisor.
   

To avoid accidental submission of the form, you may also add the Get Form Page URL widget and add a condition to only show the Submit button when the link contains draft. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Select Show/Hide Field from the options.
   
4. Set the condition just like what you see in the screenshot below:
   
5. Finally, click on Save.

When the supervisor opens the link, he has to subscribe too? This screen appears, when somone get the draftlink:

Based on the screenshot, it seems that the form filler has saved the form while currently logged in to the Jotform account. Keep in mind that you need to make sure that when filling out the form it's either you are logged out from your account, so the draft link won't be automatically sent to the email address connected to your Jotform account, or you don't have an actual Jotform account. As suggested by my colleague, you can open the draft link as long as the form filler clicks the Skip Create an Account link at the bottom of the save dialog, so they can get the draft link and won't need to sign up for a Jotform account.
