Now, coming back to your question, I am unable to see the screenshot you have shared can you please share it again so I can check and see what's going on? Let me show you how to share screenshots in this thread.
1. In the email you have received click on View this thread.
2. Scroll down the reply section and click on the image icon.
3. Click on Add and upload the image.
Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution. -
