Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, Unfortunately, we don't offer phone call support. Although we do offer Live Chat Support, there are a limited number of agents working in each time zone. So, sometimes, it gets disabled, and you can't see it on our pages. When it is available, you'll see a pop-up if you're logged into your account on most of the pages, like Form Builder, Jotform Tables, Jotform Inbox, and so on, like you see in the lower-right corner of the image below:
If you don't see that option on the page, and you have a question, just reply to this thread, or you can create a Forum Thread from the Contact Us page.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with a solution.
