What Jotform SPF's can I use?

wie ihr vermutlich mitbekommen habt haben Google und Yahoo die Email policies im Februar geändert.

Daher müssen wir einen SPF record und einen DKIM record setzten.

Mit welchem SPF können wir jotform im Email Versand inkludieren?
