I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

Now, as for your question, can you explain a bit more about it? I'm not exactly sure what invoice you are referring to. Is it the subscription invoice for the renewal payment? If not, let us know and provide more details so we can assist you better.

Hi Hans,

Thanks for getting back to us. Billing emails are only sent to the email address associated with the account. It is not currently possible to send notices to another email address other than that one.

If you want to change the billing email address, you will have to change the registered email address from the account settings and the same will be used for billing. Let me walk you through it:

1. Click on the Profile Avatar in the top right corner.

2. In the dropdown click on the account name.

3. Scroll down to the Email section and click on Edit.

4. Enter the New Email address and click on Save.

5. Based on your privacy setting you will receive a verification email to verify the Email address change. Click on Verify now.

6. Finally you will a verification email to the new email address, click on Verify Now.
