Qualität Logo im PDF Editor

Hallo liebes Jot Form Team,

ist es möglich die PDF Ausgabe Qualität im PDF Editor zu erhöhen? Jedesmal wenn ich eine PDF aus Antworten erstelle, ist die Ausgabequalität vom Bild im oberen Bereich sehr schlecht (siehe Screenshot)

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. As for your question, I can give you couple options to solve your problem. First one is Changing the File Upload Size Limit. Let me show you how to set that up:

• In Form Builder, select your File Upload element and then click on Gear icon.
• In the menu on the right, click on Options tab, and then Toggle On the Limit File Size option.
• Set the minimum and maximum size of the uploaded document and that's it. But keep in mind that max size is 1GB for a single upload and 100MB per file for multiple uploads.

Second option is adding File Uploader by Uploadcare widget. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the top left corner of the page.
• Click on Widgets tab, and then search for File Uploader by Uploadcare and add it to your form.

Now, let's configure our widget:

• Select the File Uploader by Uploadcare widget and then click on Wand icon.
• In the menu that opens on the right, customize the file depending on your needs and then scroll down and click on Update Widget.
