Is it possible to translate the document sign form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there is not yet multilanguage functionality in the Sign Form. If you want to translate the fields added to your Sign Form, you might want to change the field names to be displayed. Let me show you how to do it. 

1. In Sign Form, go to the Build page.
2. Select the field to translate and click on its gear icon, and in the right panel, edit the text for the Field Label and, if it exists, for the Sub-label(s).

If you need a multilanguage form functionality for the Sign Form, I can escalate your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
