Judith Hesselmann

Hi Judith,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, if you want the form to be accessible to respondents with our having to log in Jotform Account, you will need to set the Form Access to public, so anyone with the form URL will be able to fill it out. Regarding your concern about sending the form to email, you can directly invite someone to the form by email address. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the Settings Icon, and select Public Form.
3. Enter the email address in the Invite by Email and click on Send Invitation.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
